Our bouquets and arrangements must be ordered at least 5 days in advance. For event decorations and bigger set-ups, please contact us at least 10 days before the event. If you want or need to confirm availability, don’t hesitate to contact us: ENG (330) 397-6733 / ESP (407) 394-3132.

                The client must provide all corresponding information for the preparation of their decoration or bouquet: colors, design, personalized balloons, age, name, and motive (birthday, anniversary, baptism, communion, etc.)

                We will upload photos of the client and its decoration or Bouquet to our social networks or website. If you do not agree with the publication of these images, please notify us. We promise not to publish the client however we reserve the right to publish our work in the photo.

Cancellations/Changes:

  • In case of postponing the delivery/install, availability will be checked to schedule a new date.
  • In the event of cancellation, the client agrees to give the artist at least 72 hours advance notice of cancellation.
  • Cancellation of less than 7 days (72 hours) notice will result in client paying for the entire job.
  • Cancellation of 8 to 15 days prior to the event only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  • Changes or exchanges made on orders after the contract has been signed will result in additional charges. A 72-hour notice is needed to make additions to event decor. Additional charges will apply. These changes are not guaranteed. If we are not able to make the changes the addition fees will not apply.

                The service charge per item for $5.00 and based on location.

                Substitutions

                We reserve the right to substitute for balloons that are not in stock, provided the substitution will not substantially change the theme of the bouquet. We’ll notify the client if this is the case.

                Shipping/Delivery

                For Bouquets and other arrangements that don’t require installation time:

                We do not have a fixed delivery time. You should only choose if you want the morning shift from 8:00am to 12:00pm or late night from 1:00pm to 7:00pm. We cannot indicate an estimated delivery time; it would be during the corresponding time you have chosen. If you want to indicate relevant information regarding the delivery, please notify us to reach an agreement.

                For shipments you must indicate the exact address with zip code, house, or apartment number. If it’s possible, attach the location with all the data mentioned above. If you send a wrong address, you will have an additional charge for delivery.

                RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES:

                Please provide the correct home address and cell phone number for both client and recipient. If no one is home to receive the balloons, we may call the recipient to advise them that a gift is waiting. We will make every effort to be discreet to coordinate delivery times. Clients are advised that this process does pose a risk of exposing an intended surprise and a potentially late delivery.

                SCHOOL DELIVERIES:

                Some schools have restrictions on balloon deliveries. Please contact the respective institution for approval, prior to ordering.

                HOTEL DELIVERIES:

                For security reasons we are unable to deliver balloons directly to guest rooms. All hotel deliveries for guests are left with the concierge, the front desk, or the loading dock, depending on the hotel’s policy. Once the balloons have been delivered to one of these locations, we consider the delivery accomplished. Customers sending balloons to hotel guests are encouraged to contact the hotel to confirm that the balloons have been transferred to the guest by the hotel.

                In Store Pickup:

                If you choose to pick up the Balloon Decoration in our facilities, you must consider the following:

  • Provide the full name and contact telephone number of the person who will collect the arrangement on the day and in the established time range.
  • We also recommend that you pick it up in a BIG car. Our products can be large in volume and delicate. You must have a suitable large, unoccupied vehicle with the back seats down, so that the arrangement can be transported without damage, preventing balloons from popping, or falling apart. Pick up by SUV, Minivan, Hatchback or Touring is recommended. PARTY ISLAND USA LLC is not responsible for damage during its transportation.

                Ownership of material:

                All equipment used for the balloon design is property of PARTY ISLAND USA LLC and is on a rental basis. Clients are fully responsible for providing timely access to the event area for strike and teardown. Should all equipment and materials not be available to retrieve from the location, the Client will be responsible for the replacement costs of the missing equipment or material.

                DAMAGE TO PROVIDER’S EQUIPMENT & REFUSAL:

                Please be aware that certain balloon decorations, such as Columns, Arches, and custom designed balloon decoration, require support structures that must be returned to PARTY ISLAND USA LLC upon the conclusion of your event. Client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider’s equipment caused by:

  • Any misuse of the Provider’s equipment by Client or its guests (invited or uninvited).
  • Any theft or disaster (including but not limited to fire, flood, or earthquake).

                The equipment must be returned undamaged. The client is responsible for removing balloons and decor (from framework and facility) and returning framework to PARTY ISLAND USA LLC. Support structure must be returned within 24 to 48 hours from the conclusion of your event.

                Outdoors Event:

                The client understands that some decor items may be affected by temperature and humidity and that PARTY ISLAND USA LLC, Inc cannot be held responsible for the decoration in uncontrolled weather, such as rain or extreme heat and/or unforeseen acts of nature. In that case, PARTY ISLAND USA LLC has the option of making changes to the decoration in the best interest of the client. We NEVER guarantee perfect results with balloon decor outdoors. However, we further state that we will do everything in our power to make sure the decoration will hold up by using the BEST quality of balloons.

                If weather or other unforeseen act of nature prevents PARTY ISLAND USA LLC to decorate Client’s event, and without a contingency plan (indoor possibility), the payment can be applied to another day within 12 calendar months from the original date of event, subject to PARTY ISLAND USA LLC availability. No refunds will be given.

                PARTY ISLAND USA LLC is not liable for actions by others or weather conditions beyond PARTY ISLAND USA LLC control. In that case PARTY ISLAND USA LLC retains the right to abort the project at any time should we believe that to continue may damage the reputation of the Client and/or PARTY ISLAND USA LLC and/or cause a safety hazard.

                Balloon float time:

                Your balloon decoration will be designed around the specifications of your event. For example: if you need a balloon to float for a minimum of 12 hours, we will provide you with a balloon that will float for 12 hours, and not much more. This applies only to Latex type balloons. Our Mylar/Foil balloon will stay afloat for up to 1 week on average. The average life of a Latex Helium balloon is less than 24 hours.

                FLOAT TIMES FOR MYLAR/FOIL BALLOONS

                In optimum environments, mylar (foil) balloons will remain full and taught for 2-3 days. Air-conditioned air may cause these balloons to shrivel, but they will return to a normal state when exposed to warmer air.

                FLOAT TIMES FOR LATEX BALLOONS WITHOUT HI-FLOAT®

                16-inch latex balloons will float indoors for 30 hours. 11-inch latex balloons will float indoors for 16 hours. Float times may be reduced by as much as 60% at elevations above 2,500 feet.

                HI-FLOAT TREATMENT:

                Hi-Float is a non-toxic sealant applied inside the balloon. It is effective only when used indoors, out of direct sunlight, and when not exposed to breezes created by fans, open windows, or air-conditioning. In ideal conditions Hi- Float will extend float times as follows:

  • 11-inch latex: 2-3 Days
  • 16-inch latex: 3 Days

                Float time may be reduced significantly in unusually warm, unusually cool, or very humid environments, and at elevations above 2,500 feet. Any bouquet or balloon which includes the letters HF in the product number include treatment with Hi-Float®. Bulk orders of plain latex balloons can be ordered with or without Hi-Float®.

                GLOSSY VS MATTE FINISH:

                When latex balloons are first inflated, they will have a glossy surface. Some designs will be both glossy and translucent. This can be a temporary state. By the time they are delivered, or shortly thereafter, this glossy finish may have turned to a matte finish, and the translucent quality may become opaque. These changes are the result of oxidation, which occurs with certain meteorological conditions. This is normal.

                DEFECTIVE BALLOONS:

                In cases where balloons appear defective, PARTY ISLAND USA LLC will replace the balloons at no cost if the following conditions are met:

                a) Customer advises PARTY ISLAND USA LLC of the problem within 24 hours of delivery.

                b) The defective balloons are on site and available for pick-up when the replacement balloons arrive.

                c) The balloons were not transported from their original delivery location.

                EFFECTS OF ELEVATION, SUNLIGHT, AIR CONDITIONING, AND WIND

                Float times will be reduced at higher temperature elevations. On hot days, in direct sunlight, balloons may pop within an hour. The same result can occur indoors if balloons are exposed to direct sunlight through windows. Very cool environments may cause helium molecules to shrink, reducing the size and float time of balloons. A constant breeze passing around a balloon will increase the speed at which helium molecules escape through the wall of the balloon, resulting in reduced float time.

                CEILING PRECAUTIONS

                Static and invisible fibers on ceilings can cause balloons to pop. Allow your balloons to remain tied to an anchor for at least five hours before releasing them to the ceiling. This allows the balloons to shrink enough so that the skin becomes thicker and tougher. After five hours, take 2-3 balloons and rake them across the ceiling. If these do not pop, it should be safe to release additional balloons. If they do pop, allow additional time, and run the test again.

                Balloon Care:

  • Helium gas is not flammable, it should be considered that when the helium balloons are placed in front of the air conditioner, the gas particles are compressed and the balloons automatically deflated, this is a natural process. Avoid placing them in front of or under the air conditioner.
    • When the balloons are placed directly in the sun, the latex or metallic material expands, and it pops.
    • Do not leave any balloon decorations in the car because the heat/steam causes them to deflate or pop.
    • The latex balloons with helium have a duration of approximately 8 hours. With proper care, in a shaded, aired conditioned room, and with no direct sunlight, the arrangement can last 24 to 48hrs or more. Micro foil/Mylar balloons can last 7 to 15 days or more, depending on weather conditions and treatment. All arrangements are made with the very best balloon brands used by professionals.

                Weather Clause:

  • Balloons are a natural material and are 100% biodegradable. Although artists use only the finest quality balloons, some balloons may occasionally deflate sooner than expected. By their nature, balloons are susceptible to the effects of weather elements such as, but not limited to, rain, sun, changes in temperature of more than 10 degrees, and wind.
    • The client understands that any balloon structures that are displayed outdoors are not guaranteed to last for any specific time.

                Balloon Safety & Precautions

                DO NOT allow anyone to inhale helium from the filling equipment or from balloons! Inhaling helium gas directly from high-pressure tanks or inflated balloons can cause dizziness, drowsiness, loss of consciousness or other serious injury. Popping balloons can cause eye or other injuries. Clients are responsible for supervising all use, and preventing all misuse or abuse of helium, balloons, equipment, and material related to the event.

                Helium is not toxic nor flammable but breathing it can result in asphyxiation (loss of consciousness due to insufficient oxygen). Do not release mylar (foil) balloons outdoors. Power failures can result if these balloons become entangled in electric lines. Popped latex balloons present a choking hazard for small children. Do not leave small children unaccompanied with latex balloons.

  • LATEX AND MICROFOIL BALLOONS POSE NO THREAT TO HUMANS, WILDLIFE OR THE ENVIRONMENT IF HANDLED RESPONSIBLY.
  • LATEX BALLOONS USED IN DECOR ARE 100% BIODEGRADABLE. HELIUM, IF INHALED, CAN BE LIFE THREATENING. THE ARTIST IS NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN THE EVENT THE CLIENT OR ATTENDEES AT THE EVENT INHALE HELIUM.
  • CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF SEVEN SHOULD HAVE CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION WHILE PLAYING WITH BALLOONS. BROKEN OR UNINFLATED BALLOONS CAN CAUSE HARM TO YOUNG CHILDREN & PETS AND SHOULD BE DISPOSED IMMEDIATELY.
  • THE ARTIST IS NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN THE EVENT THE CLIENT OR ATTENDEES AT THE EVENT SWALLOW BALLOONS.
  • MICROFOIL BALLOONS CAN BE TRANSMITTERS OF ELECTRICITY. PLEASE AVOID RELEASING THEM OR BRINGING THEM CLOSE TO POWER LINES.
  • YOU MUST INDICATE IF THE PERSON TO BE SURPRISED IS ALLERGIC TO LATEX, TO AVOID THE MATERIAL IN THE DECORATION.

                INDEMNIFICATION/HOLD HARMLESS:

                Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Provider from all claims, losses, expenses, fees including attorney fees, costs, and judgments that may be asserted against the Provider that result from the acts or omissions of the Client, the Client’s guests, and the Client’s agents. Client will indemnify Provider against any legal liability associated with the use of balloon equipment, equipment used to complete designs, its representatives, employees, or affiliates.

                Clients hereby agrees to hold harmless and without liability, PARTY ISLAND USA LLC and all principals, owners, or employees of said from any of the following:

                Helium inhalation or injury from lack of oxygen, slipping on broken balloons, latex allergies, children having access to balloons before, during or after events, children putting balloons in their mouths and choking, eye/facial/body injuries from popping balloons, heart attacks from popping balloons, hearing loss due to popping balloons, lesions, abrasions, suffocation, choking, loss of sight, loss of hearing, dizziness, drowsiness, loss of consciousness, broken body parts, death or any other personal or property damage caused or alleged to have been caused by popping balloons, or damage to swimming pool filtration systems caused by broken balloons.

                We are not responsible for any damage or loss that may have resulted from failure to comply with our terms and conditions.
